| Little
cheese and Vice President of the Contract
Placement Associates Division. Ilissa
sharpened her recruiting skills by
toiling for 9 years as a recruiter
for a publicly traded Staffing firm
and 2 of the elite publicly held International
Consulting Corporations. She graduated
from the University of Maryland in
1995 with a degree in Criminal Justice
(which by the way, she never used,
except maybe once, to avoid paying
a parking ticket). Her passion as
a University of Maryland sports fan
is only overshadowed by her passion
to fill every job assignment that
crosses her desk. |

I N D A BARNETT |
| With
30 years experience in retail
specialty stores, this thirty
year veteran brings first hand
practical knowledge to each search
assignment. Her outstanding
feel for people and her fabulous
sense of humor make working with
her tremendous fun. When asked
to relate an amusing story about
her experiences she replied, "the
fact that I spent 30 years in
retail stores is in itself pretty
funny, don't you think?" |

| Abby
is our very own “Miss
Congeniality”. She is
always going out of her way
to be nice to people and each
day greets everyone with an
extremely upbeat “Good
Morning”. Graduating
from Tulane University in New
Orleans with a degree in Communications
and Business, she certainly
has put her educational background
to good use as she is a master
at communications and networking
and has been very successful
in our business in a short
period of time. However, you
would think that living in
the “Big Easy” for
four years would have motivated
her to cook a great Gumbo or
Jambalaya? Not Abby! Shopping,
partying, hanging with her
friends and family, and creative
writing is what she loves to
do and like recruiting, she
does it extremely well. Ah,
to be young again! |

Have
you heard the song “Lady
in Red”? Well, Vicki
is our “Lady in pink”!
Everyday it’s pink, pink,
and pink. Rainbow, schmainbow.
She thinks the colors of the
rainbow consist of different
shades of pink According to
her there is no red, blue,
or green. (Maybe a little black
once in awhile as an accent).
However, the really great news
is that after 10 years
of Retail Industry recruiting,
she knows there is lots of
variety when it comes to personality
types and she has a keen sense
for understanding them. Even
better is her knack for matching
the right personality with
the right company and she’ll
always do it with a smile on
her face or in her voice and
a fantastic “can do” attitude.
Even though her educational
background is in accounting,
our very own Ms. Bubbles is
definitely no bean counter. |

| The
old saying “big things come
in little packages” has
never been more true then with
our Associate Recruiter, Beth.
(Is there such a thing as less
then a size 1?) Her enthusiasm
and deep insight into people has
made her an instant asset to our
firm. Her 14 years of varied experience
in Marketing, Advertising, Communications
and Strategic Planning along with
her outstanding verbal and presentation
skills make it a pleasure to deal
with her, and also lots of fun.
She always has a smile on her
face and maintains a positive
attitude even knowing that after
she leaves the office she has
motherly duty for two kids. That’s
lots of car pooling! Beth graduated
from George Washington University
with a BBA in Marketing and a
minor in Sociology. No wonder
her new nickname in the office
is Zippy. She is always movin’
and movin’ fast. |

| Administrative
Manager, she runs the "nerve
center" of the office.
Somehow Martha manages to
balance taking care of her
5 children at home (that includes
her 1 husband) and her 10
children in our office. She
sure can get things done on
a timely basis. She must have
earned all these skills while
earning her degree from Georgetown
University. |
